Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services organization, has ranked Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley as one of the top ten United States Industrial Markets to Watch in 2019.

The Shenandoah Valley/I-81 Corridor region is ranked among other industrial markets such as Las Vegas, Nevada and Seattle/Pugent Sound, Washington.

InterChange Group president Devon Anders is an active member of the Virginia Maritime Association and is the Chair of the VMA’s Valley Logistics Chapter. “We are pleased to see the Shenandoah Valley rising on the national map as a convenient and affordable location for companies to manufacture and distribute,” Anders said. “It proves Virginia’s drive and ability to conveniently link the global supply through our world-class port to so much of the American consumer market. It is a selling point that many are now recognizing!”

The report notes that the Shenandoah Valley region is a great option for industries aiming to build with easy access to rail lines and ports. InterChange is a part of this business-ready climate with our port service warehousing and the new Portsmouth Logistics Center.
