The Office of the Governor has announced the arrival of Nature’s Touch to Virginia!

InterChange recently welcomed the Canada-based company Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods to their Port Services building. Part of this transaction included building out the freezer space of the Front Royal Inland Port Services warehouse from 1,000 to 2,000 pallet positions to better accommodate the needs of Nature’s Touch. Nature’s Touch is a provider of frozen fruits and vegetables to every major Canadian grocery chain and will use the Front Royal facility to help expand their North American distribution channels and they service the U.S. primarily under the name of Welch’s. The addition of Nature’s Touch to the Front Royal facility will help boost the economy in Warren County by providing 25 new jobs and a $1.8 million investment. InterChange and Nature’s Touch also have partnered on a long-term agreement to provide warehouse management and logistics services for Nature’s Touch. InterChange is excited for this partnership to begin and the different opportunities that this will bring about for the company. InterChange’s Inland Port Services warehouse has been serving customers utilizing the Virginia Inland Port since construction in 2005, and plans are currently underway for a new 125,000 SF warehouse on adjacent property.

InterChange specializes in catering to the food industry and welcomes inquiries on warehousing, logistics, development, and build-to-suit opportunities. Contact Terry Cunningham, Sales Manager, at: terry.cunningham@interchangeco.com or 540-578-2373
