InterChange warehouse supervisor Mike Nesselrodt was recently interviewed by Harrisonburg ABC affiliate station WHSV about his experience working for the company and the growing need for warehouse workers as our company continues to grow in the Shenandoah Valley and Hampton Roads.

Nesselrodt told WHSV anchor Nina Baratti about how he started with the company as a forklift driver and became a warehouse supervisor for InterChange’s Waynesboro Multi-Tenant Warehouse facility in Lyndhurst, VA after two years of hard work.

“You can make a good life for yourself,” Nesselrodt said to Baratti. “You can make a good career for yourself in this field. You don’t have to have any college background or anything.”

WHSV notes that InterChange will have a growing need for forklift operators and other warehouse positions as we continue to expand our operations in the Shenandoah Valley.
