Warehouse cPad3, part of the Shenandoah Valley Industrial Park in Mt Crawford, just outside of Harrisonburg, VA, has recently earned Nielsen Builders an award for the Outstanding Example of Tilt-Up Concrete Construction from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
cPad3 easily catches the eye of the passing motorist on Interstate 81 with its high aesthetic appeal and close proximity to I-81. This warehouse gives InterChange a high presence in the Shenandoah Valley with its bright red colors and tall corner pedestals. cPad3 was the fourth Tilt-up facility constructed by Nielsen in the Shenandoah Valley Industrial Park, and was the fifth Tilt-up facility constructed by Nielsen for InterChange. These facilities give InterChange and their customers versatility for food and pharmaceutical grade storage in a safe, secure, and flexible multi-tenant design. cPad3 has 16 dock doors and one overhead door, the dock doors are all visible from the highway. The location of the warehouse offers high logistical advantages as well, with fast distribution access to the entire Northeast via the I-81 corridor and the Norfolk International Terminals via Interstate 64 only 20 miles south. cPad3 is one of five warehouses owned by InterChange in the Shenandoah Valley Industrial Park – Central Campus.
