InterChange Express is the transportation division of InterChange Group, the leading provider of logistics services in the Mid-Atlantic.Starting out with a single tractor and 5 trailers to service our local warehouse customers, InterChange Express has grown into over 40 tractors, over 250 reefer and dry van trailers, a thriving intermodal business through the Port of Virginia locations and a national service footprint.
Our primary area of operation is the east coast up into the Upper Midwest,
but we do operate in all of the contiguous 48 states.
