3PL Services
InterChange has multiple facilities throughout the Shenandoah Valley and offers 3PL services to meet the needs of customers who utilize the I-81 corridor. InterChange’s company-owned fleet can help with those logistic needs, as well as help service OTR (over-the-road) trucking customers. We offer 3PL services in facilities that are frozen, refrigerated, air conditioned, or dry and are willing to customize facilities to meet the customer’s needs.
Development & Flex Buildings
With hundreds of acres of real estate ready for development, and a partnership with A & J Excavating, InterChange is able to quickly mobilize to meet a customers needs when it comes to building new warehouses or other facilities. Many of InterChange’s existing facilities are also suitable for high degrees of customization from the customer and include the ability to lease only portions of facilities. This allows customers to only rent the space they need, which saves costs in the short run, but keeps the option open to expand into more of InterChange’s warehouse space in the future when the need arises.
Prime Vendor Services
InterChange offers consolidation and value-added services for government suppliers and worked with current prime vendor suppliers to develop the program.
Food Grade Warehousing
Our food grade warehouses are designed and built for optimal use, so you can be sure that your goods are being handled and kept in a safe and secure environment. The warehouse staff that handle the goods are trained in safe practices for loading, unloading, and storage. We can also build, sell, or lease to fit any business need. We offer frozen, refrigerated, and dry food grade facilities.
