InterChange Express is the transportation division of InterChange Group, the leading provider of logistics services in the Mid-Atlantic.
Starting out with a single tractor and 5 trailers to service our local warehouse customers, InterChange Express has grown into over 60 tractors, over 350 reefer and dry van trailers, a thriving intermodal business through the Port of Virginia locations and a national service footprint.
Our primary area of operation is the east coast up into the upper midwest, but we do operate in all of the contiguous 48 states.
